MPL Indonesia season 11 will roll out in February 2022, the roster for each team has also been announced. From the announcements of various teams participating in MPL, there is something interesting, some teams have reserve exp laners or what used to be known as offlaners.

In Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, offlaners are the lane where the turtle will first appear at minute 2. Usually, these offlaners are filled with fighter heroes who have the ability to survive or have a lot of crowd control. Therefore, the presence of an offlaner in the team is so important.

It's not strange if exp laner players are so prominent in this game. Call it Oura, MVP M1 or the first world championship in Mobile Legends who also holds an offlaner. Apart from that, there are also R7, Fluffy, Pai, Edward, and many other popular names including Lemon. In MPL ID S11 itself, several teams brought in more than 1 offlaner. For example RRQ brought Banana and Lemon, then EVOS brought Dlar, Saykots, and Pendragon, there was also BTR which was filled with Xorizo and Vyrnocure. Then, what are the reasons why bringing 2 offlaners is important?

Antimage in his YouTube stream explains, “so it's important for your team to have two offlaners, because if you only have one you can't exchange ideas. It's good that there are two fighters, two offlaners, two gold lanes, two mids, so we can exchange ideas like that, you know."

What is meant by brainstorming here, offlaners from a team have friends to discuss about the most effective way of playing for the team to win. In addition, as fellow offlaners, you can remind each other if there are things that can be fixed while the other offlaner is playing. This of course can help the team to be stronger every week.
